I have always bloody wondered, mostly from looking around various sites, but I see these people who take art and claim it as their own. They're most commonly called:

Art Thieves

I call them: Fucking retarded.

Although I will never know why some of these art thieves are actually quite talented, what the hell really? Is Photoshop THAT awesome?
They seem to be amazing at coloring and editing pictures, and yet when they do an image all on their own it stinks.

Some art thieves have moved on from their stealing days, BUT some of them are still stealing. They're just very careful and very creative now, and people are falling for it.

Most of the time, an old saying nearly always sticks to my mind.

Once a <insert thing here>, always a <insert thing here>.
